White Miller Dies Suddenly Aged 72 In Monroe Township
White Miller a Monroe township farmer living with his sister near Halington died suddenly last Thursday after tending stock. He was 72 and a Civil War veteran. Survived by two brothers Charles a surveyor and another brother and two sisters Mrs Charles Smith of Amelia and Mrs McGowan. Funeral from his residence at 10:30 Sunday with burial in Milford.

Miss Emma M. Rapp of near Monterey died Friday and will be buried in the Rapp yard on Stonelick after funeral services at the residence led by Rev. Thornton. Tillie Origer of Marathon died Tuesday aged 68 and will be buried at Bloom Rose after a Thursday funeral at 10 a.m.

Private light plant accident leaves man badly burned
Walter A. Cooper of Miamiville Ohio was severely burned in a cellar light plant explosion while cleaning the device. He lost his left eye and sustained a broken nose plus minor injuries as the plant wrecked. Cause remains a mystery and he was taken to Dr. Vale's private hospital in Cincinnati.
