Amela earns fourth place in Harteli ndenburg prelims
Amela placed fourth among four grades in the preliminary rounds. Competitors Petry Roy Ong Bob Young Tony Roe and Harteli ndenburg also posted fourths. Brantner’s finalists produced a 66 winning team with Tracy Wi. Zeh Aldred and Koller led the group of about 19 schools and 4400 participants in the contest earning jerseys. Jim Teegarden received a special lifetime service award.

Glen Este Girls Defeated by Madeira in Volleyball Clash
Madeira overwhelmed Glen Este 67 to 41 as their offense controlled the match. Trojan defense sparked briefly with Amy Murphy and Pam Mack contributing on the scoreboard amid a one sided set. Madeira led 52 25 at halftime and never relinquished momentum.
