Police investigate claims of a professional job as tools and a coin pouch were found along the Little Miami River and additional money pouches later discovered upriver. The theft impacts the Gift for the Yanks fund and welfare plans. this marks the hall's second burglary in two months.

New Building Permits Top $1 Million for November
