Rowe Shoots Rowe Harrison Rowe of Edenton is charged with shooting to kill his cousin Harry Rowe from Kentucky. Harrison had just returned from Kentucky last Wednesday over small flock of chickens, then a shotgun was fired injuring Harry in the back. Sheriff Roberts and Deputy Mienken responded. Harrison fled and a warrant was issued by 8. L. Larkin.
