Young Girl Injured by Accidental Gunshot in New Richmond
Garnett Waitis twelve was seriously wounded when a loaded shotgun discharged while she played with it at the New Richmond home of Elmer and Palkner. Palkner said a gun part broke, he was away at a hardware store, and he did not know it was loaded. The girl was taken to Children's Hospital in Cincinnati for treatment.
