Worker Rescued After Sewer Trench Cave-In
A W L Harper Co employee was buried to the armpits in a sewer trench on Gardner Lane in Withamsville at 4 31 p m Tuesday. Kenneth Stevens 28 of Cincinnati sustained a fractured left shoulder and was treated at Our Lady of Mercy Hospital Mariemont. The incident halted shoring work as the trench collapsed trapping Stevens for a time.
