Runaway Injures Rev Walter Gray and Family
While attending Chau tauqua in Hillsboro Rev Walter Gray and family from Lynchburg formerly of Peebles were badly hurt when a horse and surrey overturned on Main street. The minister and his son suffered severe lacerations. Mrs Gray had lighter injuries and a daughter sustained a broken rib. The horse and buggy driven by Ben Ault died after a shaft pierced its breast.

Barber Shaffer loses foot crossing streetcar track
