Lightning strikes near Courier foreman in Batavia plant

Teacher Injured In Two Car Crash At Rt 74
Mrs. Douglas Ulrey of Batavia sustained forehead and lip lacerations after a two car collision on Rt. 74 near Willowville. Charles Wells of Fairfax suffered a cut lip and was cited for driving left of center. Both were taken to Our Lady of Mercy Hospital. Ulrey will substitute this year in Batavia.
