Lovelanders Fined For Littering Stream
Four Loveland residents were found guilty in Judge John D. Erhardt's County Court on Aug. 15 for littering O Bannon Creek. Homer Cole was fined 15 dollars plus 6 dollars costs for beer bottles on the creek bank. Olive Cole was convicted for a single bottle. Jerome Cole and Bonnie Cole were assessed costs for bottles and papers in the creek. The Marathon Methodist Church will host an ice cream social on Saturday, August 24 at 5 p.m.
