Batavia council set a 7:30 p.m. September 23 hearing on Cincinnati and Suburban Bell Telephone Co measure to zone its Clark Street garage site and an adjacent Murphy property for general business, allowing expansion if approved. Residents fear traffic and noise rise. commission urged council to approve.
