Police Investigate Drugstore Burglary In Milford
Milford police probe a burglary at Johnson's Drugs on Baker Drive after thieves cut a hole in the roof and stole money from a drawer. Three juveniles were later apprehended for breaking into Town and Country Distributors on Main Street Sunday night.

On Main Street Milford a car draped in sheets provided privacy as Shirley Eisemann gave birth en route from Goshen to Bethesda Hospital. Dr James McMillan delivered the baby before Milford Life Squad arrived. mother and infant were taken to Our Lady of Mercy and then Bethesda for admission. County Commissioners Allocate 1111 To Sheriff and More
Sheriff Clyde Dericks sought funds beyond his 518 dollar budget for jail operations equipment and stationery, and commissioners approved 1111. They noted highway patrol handled most accidents for 18 months and will ask the State Highway Department to study the Goshen intersection at Routes 32 and 28. They moved to levy collection on 90 day or more delinquent water bills and reaffirmed in principle the private operation of housing sanitary facilities under the Public Utilities Commission. Health officials approved plans for Witham Woods treatment plant serving Southern Ohio Utility and Clermont County. The board offered 625 for training four county children attending Pleasant Plain school for the retarded.
