Herbert and Glen Simpson, Bethel Felicity area youths, received terms from one to 15 years for assault with intent to kill one to seven years for malicious destruction of property and one to five years for breaking and entering. A destruction of telephone instruments charge was canceled. They admitted beating Dora Abbott fifth grade teacher at Bethel Tate school months ago. They claimed they entered the Abbott home to rob. both found sane at Lima State Hospital after trial.
