Case Dismissed Against Market and License Penalty
The Ohio Department of Liquor Control dismissed its case against Louis G. Pappas and Thomas Pappas of Pappas Super Market Goshen effective July 18 after their delinquent sales tax assessment was paid in full. Taitee Muay Lambray's in Loveland, got a 14 day suspension of their D-5 liquor license from Aug 26 to Sept 9 for Sunday liquor sales on May 12. A second violation involved Sunday liquor consumption on permit premises.

George Johnson formerly of Batavia has been named chairman of the March on Washington Committee by Gladys Harrington. He will oversee a fund to send 50 bus loads of Harlem unemployed and their families to the August 28 march to press for fair employment practices, full employment, training programs, and civil rights legislation. The University of Cincinnati Blood Service plans a mobile unit visit in West Clermont County for one week in September from 2 to 8 p.m. It will operate at Mt. Moriah Methodist Church Fellowship Hall with seven staff members to serve Advance Deposit Blood Donor Clubs and local residents.
