Planners Approve Subdivision and Zoning Changes Across Townships
Planners approved new subdivisions and zoning code changes in Pierce and Williamsburg Townships and authorized development in Pierce Union and Miami Townships. Pierce plans call for property setbacks along street intersections and corner lots with building lines applying to both streets. Developments will use public water and sanitary sewers. In Miami Township a west-of Loveland Milford Road area will include 24 lots along two streets.

Wheelchair Benefit Run Slated at Clermont Sponsor
A local sporting goods store will sponsor the first annual wheelchair benefit run on August 19 at 10 am to aid the handicapped of Clermont. The event features a flat ten mile course with all proceeds donated to local disability services.
