Judge James Tarbell presided as Louise Lytle Ansteatt obtained a divorce from Ezra Ansteatt with custody of their child. Alimony set at 750 plus 450 cash and a 300 note. no further support claims. Ezra withdrew a $10000 damage suit against W O Lytle following the divorce result. The couple married a year ago and lived on the Rocky Ford farm.

Leg Break for Newtonsville Man Driving to Purchase Drill

He was thrown and run over, breaking his leg in two places and sustaining other bruises. He, about 56, is resting easy.

Young Lady Dies After Years of Ill Health
Mrs. Margaret Untersinger daughter of Henry Burnet died at her father's home on April 22 at age 28 after two years of heart dilation and asthma. Born in Lindale August 12 1886 she moved to Batavia with her parents and lived there most of her life. Surviving are two sisters and two brothers. Leaders of the Daughters of America and its lodge mourn her loss as a valued member. Funeral services were held Sunday at the home with Rev. Burdsall and orders in charge. Burial followed in Union Cemetery.
