Curt Barger 32 of Hamersville is jailed without bond on first degree murder charges after the Log Cabin bartender allegedly shot Colonel Woods 34 of Moscow with a .38 pistol at 4 a.m. Woods died at New Richmond Life Squad arrival. Services set at Moscow Methodist Church. Woods survived by wife Sandra and six children.

Supreme Court Hears Incorporation Arguments

State Auditor Roger Cloud announced a partial payment on the first advance distribution of auto license revenues for 1966.
