Examination for Chauffeurs in Ohio State Service
On April 17 an examination will be held in Columbus to form eligible lists for Examiner of Chauffeurs in the states automobile division. Ed Ilhardt of New Richmond found an albino weasel among six captured from a den under wood. The white specimen, rare at about one in a thousand, was boxed and sent to the Cincinnati Zoological Garden where it was gladly received. albinos are usually grey brown.

Bound Over To Grand Jury In Hillsboro Killing Case
Alonzo Easter of near Hillsboro was bound over to the grand jury after being charged with killing his stepson who he thought was a burglar during midnight. The shooting occurred after Easter awoke to noises and fired, the boy dying the following day. The wife testified, and Easter is free on $500 bond.
