Judge Clevenger rules the antenuptial agreement between Edmund B. Patterson and Lena Spargur Patterson is not binding and Mrs. Patterson can dispose of her property by will. The Batavia estate valued around 75000 included 51600 to others than her husband. Miss Jennie Penn, a principal legatee, will receive her full bequest. The suit against executors of Mrs. Patterson has persisted for years.

Bethel Lodge Receives State Honor at Odd Fellows Event
Bethel Lodge No. 2201 marks itself as the crack team of the state for staging the third degree after a seven member committee toured Ohio lodges. They will confer the third degree on 500 candidates at the 107th Odd Fellows anniversary in Cincinnati on April 24.
