The Clermont County War Price and Rationing Board issued full details on canning sugar rationing for the coming season. Sugar coupon issuance begins April 15 though few applications will be available and fruit to can will be in short supply. Applicants must complete all fields, attach SPARE STAMP 13, list all names, and sign on back. Maximum 160 pounds per family. 20 pounds per person. 1 pound sugar per 4 quarts fruit. 5 pounds for jellies per person.
