A letter from Lloyd Wallace of ODOT District 8 says the traffic signal on Ohio 32 at McDonald’s and Eastgate Square Drive does not meet minimum conditions. Tipton Associates and Helen Jackson’s development face continued barriers while ODOT reconsiders after north side access work. Clermont County Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse and the county commissioners agree on a site on Medical/Social Services grounds near the Juvenile Justice Center.
