Clark Resigns From Clermont County Health Board
Harry R. Clark, 74, of Nicholsville Laurel Road in New Richmond, resigned Tuesday from the Clermont County Board of Health after serving only one month. He walked out at a special meeting Sunday protesting a proposal to add 1100 to the health department salaries within the 1965 budget of 83 197. State Director Emmett Arnold warned that the plan could jeopardize federal subsidies, as the board follows a state merit pay system budgeting salaries for the next year.
