Owensville Seeks $90 000 Bond for School Expansion
Owensville voters will decide at the May Primary on a $90 000 bond issue to add four elementary classrooms to the existing school. Skull Fractures Suffered After Train Car Crash Near Miamiville
Albert W. Jackson of Price Hill and Ibold Road Alpine Dell near Miamiville sustained skull fracture and facial injuries when his car was struck by a Pennsylvania train at Perry's Lane crossing. Man pinned by overturned tractor rescued by truckers
Milford Ohio report says 37 year old Alex Jokich escaped serious injury after a tractor overturned pinning him. He was rushed to Our Lady of Mercy Hospital by Monroe ambulance around 12 30 p m Friday. Truck drivers freed him after about twenty minutes of effort. Jokich later released to recover at home. Dolores Norman, Amelia High School junior, placed among top ten in Careers in Nursing second week contest winning five dollars. Her essay advances toward top prizes of 350 225 and 125 with final judging in April.
