Four Williamsburg high school students and one adviser will attend Ohio State University’s ninth annual Publications Workshop June 21 26. Two Injured In Clermont Crash
Charles Osborne and a 75 year old man were injured in a collision at SR 48 and 28 in Clermont. They were taken to Our Lady of Mercy Hospital in Mariemont by Monroe ambulance.

Clermont County Chiropractors Association heard three candidates for Representative pledge support for a separate chiropractors examining board. Milford voters will decide a two mill levy at the May 4 primary to fund current operating expenses. The Clermont County Board of Elections announced the renewal of 16 mills plus 0.4 mill increase, set outside the ten mill limitation, at 20 cents per $100 valuation for 1964-55. A 55 percent affirmative vote is required.

Slashes Wrists At County Jail After Acquittal
Richard Gerlaugh, 21, of Norwood, recently acquitted on three breaking and entering counts, slashed both wrists with a razor at the county jail Tuesday night in a suicide attempt. Fellow prisoners alerted Sheriff Clyde Dericks and dispatcher Charles Hook who provided first aid until Dr. P. S. Skeen arrived. He was moved to a separate cell with precautions in place. The prior charges stem from break-ins at Harry Donaworth's garage Williamsburg Copper Station Rt. 74 and Lammrish's Meat Market Mt. Carmel last November.

BMOP Department Handles Weekend Fire Calls
BMOP Fire Department answered two calls over the weekend. A 6 p.m. Sunday blaze at Harry W. Ham mel's Locust Corner home got out of control as he tried burning a trash pile, with two pumpers and Civil Defense equipment on scene. Earlier, at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, a grass fire on Max Fisch's Chapel Road property was started by boys preparing a camp lunch.

Warren Begs Life Term For Double Slaying
Warren Mark Warren 36 of Lovieand began life imprisonment at the Ohio Penitentiary after pleading guilty to second degree murder in the February 19 slayings of his common law wife Roberta Thomas 40 and farm hand Horace Sullivan 66. Judge Harry Britton accepted the plea noting lack of premeditation and set no trial for April 4. Prosecution agreed the plea served justice.
