Mrs. Ethel Sigendollar filed in Common Pleas Court at Batavia for $10000 after a highway crash near New Richmond. Defendant Fred Hoh is alleged to have driven 80 to 85 mph when striking river backwater at Boat Run bridge, flipping her and dragging her 175 feet. Also in car: Hazel Wagner, Lester Wagner, Russell Flynn. Flynn injured but not seriously.

Deputy Registrars of Motor Vehicles in Clermont County expect a busy day Thursday issuing license stickers to motorists who failed to renew by Wednesday midnight. George Gregg, acting deputy registrar in Batavia, based his forecast on last year’s closing figures. Death by Own Action Is Verdict in Young Man's Death
Nelson Callon aged 28 of Wiggonsville near Felicity took his own life last Wednesday evening by shooting himself. He was a married father of three and had been in poor health.
