Pot n power rats in Bexar County Courthouse

In San Antonio Texas rats have moved into the Bexar County Courthouse floors. They have chewed through marijuana stored as evidence and now roam all five floors swinging from flag staffs and nesting in chairs. A superintendent calls it a tremendous problem as clerks report rats as large as cats using the marijuana.
