Chessie vice president Milt Dolinger cited a blanket injunction and warned of possible crash courses if the stoppage persists, while General Motors plants in the Elyna-Cleveland region kept operating amid layoffs in southern Ohio.
A local group led by Dennis J. DeMarco purchased Sunshine Farms Elyria Dairies Inc and North Central Ohio Convenient Food Mart Inc from E R Seabold. The deal creates ConSun Foods with DeMarco as president and 70 Elyria Dairies and about 150 CFM employees to remain. Seabold, 63, will stay as consultant. stock to employees planned later. price not disclosed.

Lorain couple Anthony Ramirez and Laura White, both 21, left 13000 in cash in a Hills Department Store phone booth while shopping for windshield wipers and preparing wedding plans. Joseph Anthony Danesi 22, of Wellington, pleaded innocent in Oberlin Municipal Court to aggravated murder in the shooting of Mrs. Shirley Baker of 329 Barker St. North Ridgeville addresses listed. held in Lorain County Jail on $100,000 bond. Preliminary hearing set for Oct. 18 at 10 a.m. in Oberlin Municipal Court.
