Two Men Held For Investigation In Burglary Attempt
Deputy sheriffs hold a 35 year old Vincent area man and a 21 year old Amherst man for investigation in connection with an attempted burglary at the Timbers Night Club located at Routes 113 and 58. The arrests followed tips from Timbers owner John Kominis and his nephew Thomas Demos who saw a car and a broken window and reported the license number. Kominis fired three shots at the fleeing vehicle as it left the scene. The car owner later told police he was forced out of the car during an argument over two girls. The driver and the man described by the driver have been taken into custody.
