Death faked in Shinnston scheme ends in arrests
In Shinnston West Virginia police unravel a corpse snatching attempt to fake a death in a burning car. Tim Fitzwater 21 died in a motorcycle crash July 19 and his brother’s body was used. Royal Chrysler dealer Jerry Miller 40 fled then was found facing arson and framing charges. Molisee 24 Johnson 20 and Wiant 24 pleaded guilty or were indicted for disinterring a body and related arson. Miller’s grave robbing trial set for January.
