Swango girlfriend says he did not kill patient

Rita Dumas a 28 year old nurse at University Hospitals told The Columbus Dispatch DeLong a 21 year old patient who died January 20 1984 was not harmed by Dr Michael Swango Dumas maintains Swango was not involved and questions linger about the 1983 84 deaths at the hospital Coroner Dr William Adrian ruled the death a homicide noting a gauze obstruction in the windpipe while investigators link the case to other patient deaths during Swango’s residency.
