Ohio Highway Patrol trooper Kenny Velez was killed on Interstate 90 in Cleveland during a traffic stop when a vehicle swerved to avoid another car and struck him. Joshua Gaspar, 37, of Columbia Station, is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide amid indications of possible drug influence.
