Funeral for Ohio Trooper Kenneth Velez
Kenneth Velez, a 1968 2016 Ohio Highway Patrol trooper and member of the 118th Academy Class, was laid to rest at Lorain County Community College after nearly 30 years of service. More than 500 officers attended the funeral, where an American flag backdrop framed the service and family spoke of his dedication and infectious personality.
