Gleason and Carney reunite on CBS with Izzy and Moe
Jackie Gleason and Art Carney reunite on CBS in a comedy drama as two real life federal agents who cleared speakeasies in Prohibition era New York. The film delivers moments but feels flat lacking energy and a strong tonal focus, according to critics.

Izzy and Moe film review highlights veteran duo
The film centers on Izzy and Moe two aging ex vaudeville pals turned federal agents. Gleason and Carney deliver strong performances but the script and production lack punch. It trades sharp humor for limited drama and relies on star chemistry to keep it afloat.
