EPA to draft odor relief report for Gulf Road plant
Twinsburg Ohio EPA office will draft recommendations to alleviate odors from the Gulf Road sewage treatment plant. Mayor Marguerite Bowman said EPA representative Dan Underwood inspected the plant and will prepare a report in coming weeks. Assistant Safety Service Director Glenn Pomeroy expects filing in about a month.

The combined low bids set the 50 meter indoor pool cost at 524710, with Twin Pools Westlake submitting 264350 for the pool and Elmer Hume of Elyria 260360 for the general contract. The J C Penney Co warns that about 33 50 lightweight derailleur bikes sold under the J C Penney brand in 24 26 and 27 inch sizes from 1977 1978 may have defective pedal cranks that could break and injure riders. Made by Huffy Corp Dayton Ohio these bikes feature light tan and dark gray colors and carry numbers 2131A2 2141A2 2180A1 or 2181A1 on the left rear axle plate. Owners are urged to seek free inspection and possible replacement at Penneys stores or catalog center.
