Aiding Guatemala poor radicalized Diana Oughton
Diana Oughton, who died in a so called bomb factory run by radicals, spent two years in Guatemala after graduating from Bryan Mawr College. She worked with Indians in Chichicastenango, helped launch a nutritional program, edited a reading newspaper, and aided children while questioning American influence and revolutionary ideals.
