Cain couple convicted of felonious assault on Gifford Road

Hoy Cain announces plan for a new trial based on reported jury foreman error. Mrs. Cain and her daughter were found guilty after a two day trial for firing at a car near their home on Gifford Road near Rt 20. They reported the incident to the sheriff, and deputies produced charges.
