Berrigans jailed for damaging missiles
Daniel and Philip Berrigan and six other peace activists were jailed after refusing to post 125000 bail. They faced conspiracy trespass and assault charges for smashing nose cones of two Minutemen missiles at a General Electric plant and smearing blood on classified drafting documents.
