Four passengers aboard the steamship Archie K Baldwin reported hearing a drone of an airplane yesterday morning. The vessel’s position was not given but thought to be on the Alaska Peninsula east of the harbor at Patch. The aircraft may have been the City of Tacoma II piloted by Don Moyle and Cecil Allen.

Death of Addison patient halted by rare serum arrival
Chicago on September 10 a dying Addison patient Mrs. Andrew Nelson received Cortin, a gland extract, sent from Buffalo by Dr Frederick A Hartman.
