Mosher Named Ranking Minority Member on Science Committee
U S Rep Charles A Mosher of Oberlin was elected ranking minority member of the House Science and Astronautics Committee by a 50 14 vote. He succeeds Rep James Fulton who died, with Mosher already serving on four subcommittees and also member of the Merchant Marine Committee.
