Warning on unlicensed physicians in Ohio mental institutions

Dayton reports Ohio mental hygiene director designee Dr. Kenneth D. Gaver will send a warning letter to superintendents of all state mental hospitals next week. The note, following a state medical board conference, orders cessation of illegal care by unlicensed doctors and will be followed by an executive order. About 150 unlicensed foreign trained physicians are cited in board records.
