Oberlin Awards Letters To 54 In Three Sports

The Oberlin College Athletic Department held its Fall Sports dinner in Talcott Hall and awarded 54 letters across football, cross country, and soccer. Elyria Foundry Dinner Celebrates 25-Year Club Members

Gas Storage Project Planned in Lorain County

The Federal Power Commission approved expanding the Ohio Fuel Gas Co transmission system to boost peak period deliveries in 1947 at an estimated cost of 9.37 million dollars. Additional deliveries will come from United Pueb Gas Co and Pantinde Fete Pipeline Co, with an underground storage project to be built in Lorain County, including Wellington storage facilities and associated equipment.
