Accused arsonist led to bodies in park hollow tree
Knox County authorities say Matthew Hoffman told investigators through his lawyers where to find the remains of Tina Herrmann his daughter Sarah Maynard her brother Kody Maynard and friend Stephanie Sprang. The victims disappeared from a blood spattered home more than a week earlier. Hoffman faces kidnapping charges and has not entered a plea. The search involved ponds vacant buildings and bike trails in central Ohio.

Prosecution dropped charges against North Ridgeville club owner and dancer
In Elyria Municipal Court the charges against nightclub owner Konstantinos Mihas and dancer Samantha Byrd were dismissed after prosecutors questioned proper charging under the city ordinance for adult entertainment. Four other dancers pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and paid fines and investigation costs.
