Fiance of Lori Kokoski given suspended sentence in assault case
Ron Massimiani, engaged to Lorain County Commissioner Lori Kokoski, received a 60 day suspended jail sentence after pleading no contest to assault and criminal trespass in Oberlin Municipal Court stemming from a March 24 confrontation at Sam Birach’s Henriet ta Township home. He must attend anger management, perform 40 hours of community service, and pay 250 dollars in unreimbursed medical costs.
