Well Planned Prison Break Ends In Silence At Ohio State Penitentiary
Three inmates Arthur Brooker Guy Tennent and William Miller used a sawed through concrete ceiling to escape the Ohio State Penitentiary in Columbus. They climbed the wall grabbed two shotguns and lowered themselves to the street via a rope. Guards exchanged shots with the fugitives but caused no serious injuries. A citywide dragnet was launched with Warden Thomas leading the search.
