Lorain Port Authority outlines a multi year project to create a 600 boat marina at the harbor disposal site. first phase would add dock space for 104 boats with 72 fixed slips and 32 moorings and seek 160000 state funds. overall plan by Stanley Consultants envisions a 3.5 million, 58 acre park with recreation facilities over 10 to 15 years.
