Railing Gives Way Hurts Elyrian On Porch Fall
Vernon Barlow 21 of 318 Sumner Street Elyria fell from a second story porch while removing storm windows and installing screens. The railing gave way and he landed on his hands sustaining a possible broken left arm and fractured right wrist. He was taken to Elyria Memorial Hospital in satisfactory condition. Neighbor Louis Peters told police the incident. A storm window fell five feet from him during the accident.
