Five Americans were killed when a mine hit an armored personnel carrier 17 miles south of Da Nang. Court OKs midnight start Mail rate rise
A three judge U.S. Court of Appeals panel upheld a lower court and allowed a temporary postal rate increase to begin at midnight. Crap game ends in shootings in Youngstown alley
In Youngstown Ohio three men were hospitalized with gunshot wounds and one head injury after a dice game dispute over the dice escalated. Clarence Anderson 22 Donald Harris 20 and Lorenzo Wilson 24 were shot and taken to St Elizabeths Hospital. A fight in the parking lot followed as others rushed to learn about the injured. Charges are pending.
