Free vessel safety exams offered by Lorain Coast Guard Auxiliary flotilla
The Lorain Flotilla 6-4 of the U S Coast Guard Auxiliary will hold free vessel safety exams over the next two months at several Lorain County locations. May 21 at Lorain Sailing and Yacht Club. June 4 Beaver Park Marina. June 11 Beaver Park North. June 12 Copper Kettle Marina. June 25 Maple Grove Marina. Dates are tentative and call ahead. Vessels passing receive a safety decal. failures yield a written report with corrective guidance.
