Amherst couple indicted over school district fraud scheme
Jaleh S. Saghafi and Phillip S. Presutto were indicted on theft forgery and records tampering charges stemming from a multi year scheme to defraud the Amherst School District of tens of thousands of dollars for tutoring services.
