Woman drags man 12 miles after striking in Ohio
COLUMBIA STATION An Elyria woman who thought she hit an animal found she dragged a man's body for 12 miles after seeing legs protruding from under her vehicle when she arrived home from work. The victim, a white man about 25, died of head and chest injuries. Troopers investigate a 2:50 am collision on rural Route 252 near Route 82. A prior hit by another car is being explored. Victoria Cilona, 43, reported striking something on her way home in a 1997 Ford Explorer.
