Mystery Dragged Man Identified After 12 Mile Ford Chase
State troopers identified the man dragged beneath a Ford Explorer after photos circulated. Jason Montori of Osborne Road Columbia Station was likely lying on Route 252 around 2:50 am when hit. The SUV wedged his body, photos shown, and residents were questioned about possible ties to Montori. Victoria Cilona of Elyria believed she hit an animal and drove home, later finding human legs behind her car.
